RHOP star Dr. Wendy Osefo grins in mugshot as she and husband Eddie are arrested and jailed on fraud charges

The Real Housewives of Potomac star Dr. Wendy Osefo and her husband Eddie have been arrested on fraud charges in Maryland, The U.S. Sun can confirm.

In her new mugshot, Wendy, 41, sheepishly grins at the camera as her husband looks more stone-faced and bleary-eyed.

The couple was booked into a Maryland jail on Thursday after authorities charged that they lied about being burglarized in 2024. 

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that the charges stem from incidents between April and May. 

Wendy’s incidents were from April 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th and the 24th as well as May 9th and the 21st.

The pair were hit with a slew of charges including conspiracy, false/ misleading info, and fraud.

Wendy was also charged with making a false statement to an officer.

Wendy and Eddie smiled in their mugshots.

The couple shelled out $50,000 each to be bonded out Friday.

They were still behind bars as of this writing.

TMZ was the first to report their arrests. 

Ironically, Wendy just expressed her support of former fellow incarcerated castmate, Karen Huger, who was released earlier this year on a DUI conviction. 

In an interview with Deadline, she said she would be okay if Karen returned to RHOP.

“I have not spoken to her since her release,” she said. 

“However, I feel like everybody should be given the opportunity to have a platform to tell their own story. There’s no point or purpose in your story being told by others.”

Wendy joined RHOP in season 5. 

Her husband Eddie owns a cannabis business. 

The show is currently airing its ninth season.
