Singer Trey Songz was arraigned in Manhattan federal court on six charges including assault in two separate incidents. Court documents say the R&B musician, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, damaged items inside Mira Mediterranean & Hookah Lounge in Murray Hill, including hookahs, DJ equipment and sofas around 4 a.m. Sunday. Court documents also say Neverson punched someone in the face at the Dramma nightclub near Times Square on Dec. 4th. Neverson faces assault, harassment and criminal mischief charges related to both incidents. He is due back in court Feb. 18.Neverson is a three time Grammy nominee and a BET and Soul Train award winner who is arguably best known for the songs "Say Ahh," "Successful," "Bottoms Up" and "Heart Attack."Neverson's attorney Mitchell Schuster said his client "is cooperating fully and looks forward to the facts coming to light.""Trey was confronted by individuals who instigated a confrontation and attempted to surround him. His security intervened to protect him and contain the situation, and an altercation occurred in the ensuing confusion," Schuster said. "Public figures are often treated as targets for instigation in pursuit of headlines or financial gain. We are confident the facts will speak for themselves."

Ray J has reportedly been arrested after allegedly pulling a gun on Princess Love and threatening to shoot a man in an alarming live-stream on Thanksgiving.The rapper, 44, is currently in custody at a Los Angeles-area jail, TMZ reports.During the live-stream, Ray J said his kids were with him for the holiday and that “ain’t nobody taking them away from me on Thanksgiving.” He claimed people were threatening him and he appeared to grab a handgun and load it while on camera.“I’m in my own house and if these n—as step foot close to this door I’m going to blow this f–king s—t away, bro,” he said. “I don’t give a f—k bro, leave me and my kids alone.”He appeared to get up with the gun when Princess Love, 41, walked in the house and said she was taking their kids. He was 69.In the late 1970s and early ’80s Johnson became part of the local collective Flyte Tyme (with future hit–makers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis). When Prince formed The Time around this nucleus, Johnson stepped into the role of drummer, anchoring the band’s rhythm section on such all-time hits as “Jungle Love,” “777-9311,” “The Walk,” and “Cool.” His tight grooves, high-voltage live presence and blend of funk, rock and R&B helped define the Time’s signature sound.While Johnson was back with the Time during their many reunions over the years, he also extended his talents beyond the group, becoming a key drummer, guitarist, songwriter and producer for other artists – particularly those involved in the scorching Minneapolis funk scene. Currently serving six years on drug charges, the New Jersey rapper’s release date has been pushed up to early December 2026.Born Willie Junior Maxwell II, Fetty was indicted and arrested back in October 2021 on federal drug trafficking charges. The Grammy-nominated rapper was freed on $500,000 bond and had to wear a GPS monitor as a condition of his bail.The U.S. Attorney’s Office accused Fetty — who was the last to be arrested — and five others of conspiring to sell and distribute over 100 kilograms of illicit narcotics.In 2023, and after an arrest for a bail violation the year prior, Fetty pled guilty to the charges of conspiracy to distribute and possess cocaine.
